The applicants requesting for tender are:

- to submit a written application on the intent to apply for a tender indicating a applicant’s full name and legal status, country of incorporation and details;

- the deadline for submission of the written applications for the specification is October 16, 2007

- to be informed of the “Regulations on the Tender Procedures for Procurement of Facilities and Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan”;

- to obtain the lot description and technical specifications;

The eligible candidates should submit the applications until October 18, 2007, 4.00 p.m. (local time).

The account will be specified upon submitting a written application.

The tender document should be submitted at the aforesaid address from the day of publishing the announcement and considered after the money is transferred to the account.
