The applicants requesting for tender are:

- to submit a written application on the intent to apply for a tender indicating a applicant’s full name and legal status, country of incorporation and details;

- to be informed of the ”Regulations on the Tender Procedures for Procurement of Facilities and Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry Turkmenistan”;

- to obtain the lot description and technical specifications;

- to obtain the tender documents after 200 US dollars per lot are paid;

The eligible candidates should submit the tender applications to Department 2 (Two) of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries at Turkmenbashi oil refineries, Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan.

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is October 31, 2007, 4 p.m.

The account will be specified upon submitting a written application.

The tender documents should be submitted to the aforesaid address from the day of publishing the announcement and are accepted after the money is transferred to the account.
