The applicants requesting for tender are:

- to submit a written application on the intent to apply for a tender indicating a applicant’s full name and legal status, country of incorporation and details;

- to be informed of the “Regulations on the Tender Procedures for Procurement of Facilities and Equipment for the Fuel and Energy Sector, Chemical Industry and Fish Industry of Turkmenistan”;

- to obtain the lot description and technical specifications;

- to obtain the tender documents after 200 US dollars per lot are paid;

at the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Turkmenneft State Concern, 14 micro-district, Gurbansoltan Eje St, Balkanabat, Balkan Velayat, Turkmenistan

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is 01.11.2007, 3 p.m.

The tender documents should be submitted to the aforesaid address from the day of publishing the announcement and are accepted after the money is transferred to the account.

The account will be specified upon submitting a written application.
