The young painters – participants of the art contest dedicated to the 16th anniversary of Turkmenistan independence present their works at the Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan

The exposition includes almost 150 works created by the young painters from the Byashim Nurali Children’s Art School affiliated with the Ashgabat Khyakimlik Department of Culture. The children’s talent and notable abilities are embodied in the works that convey the unprecedented reforms implemented throughout the country during the years of independence, the national customs and traditions, the beauty and generosity of the native land.

On the day of opening the exhibition organized by the Directorate of the Museum and the Ministry of Culture and Broadcasting Activities of Turkmenistan the ceremony of awarding the winners was held. The jury consisting of the well-known cultural workers announced the winners - S. Ataeva, Sh. Kakabaeva, B. Durdieva and A. Annajumaeva. Five young painters received the encouragement prizes.
