President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov paid the official visit the Republic of Tajikistan. On October 5, the Turkmen-Tajik summit talks marked with the spirit of sincere friendship, mutual respect and constructive approach and crowned with outstanding success were held at the Presidential Residence in Dushanbe. The leaders of the two states signed a package of the bilateral documents including the Treaty on Friendship and Co-Operation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan. The President of Turkmenistan issued the resolution authorizing the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan to conclude and finance the contract with the TehnoServ AS Open Joint Stock Company (Russian Federation) for the delivery of the telecommunications equipment to develop, modernize and expand the Internet user network to the total sum of 1.585,337 US dollars in accordance with the decision of the international tender.
