The scientific and practical conference focused on the achievements of Turkmen science was held at the Turkmen State Medical Institute. In the framework of the conference the experts of the SOFT-TRONIK Company – the exclusive dealer of the Hitachi Corporation in the CIS states made presentation of the interactive teaching methods, in particular in medicine.
The experts presented the results of the research activities and developments ongoing in the country. Those speaking at the conference noted that the ultimate goals of the research activity in Turkmenistan included improvement of the quality of medical service and development of the technique and methods of disease prevention and treatment through implementing advanced technologies. Therefore, training of highly qualified medical workers to fulfill the tasks set by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was put in the frontline
Those speaking at the conference emphasized that establishment of the Academy of Science and the Supreme Certification Commission, opening the institutions of postgraduate education and doctoral candidacy were the important steps towards development of Turkmen science and education.
The SOFT-TRONIK experts presented the reports on the technical feasibility of the interactive teaching methods and the special multimedia programmes in various academic disciplines. A TV bridge between the auditory in Ashgabat and the SOFT-TRONIK headquarters Berlin was arranged in the framework of the presentation.
In his interview SOFT-TRONIK Director General Mr. Miroslab Gryzhibovski said that the company had been collaborating with Turkmenistan for 15 years. Over these years the large-scale programme of partnership including procurement of computers, introduction of the interactive teaching methods had been accomplished. Next in was the Turkmen State Medical Institution which would be equipped with the interactive boards and computer-based testing programmes. One of the programmes testing heart work developed in Turkmenistan was of particular interested to the Hitachi specialists. Mr. Miroslab Gryzhibovski said that interactive technologies were about to develop and to be among the first was the number one goal. |
