The heads of the foreign states and governments send the birthday greetings to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Cordially congratulating the Turkmen leader on his birthday President of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev said in his message that “today traditionally friendly relations between Russia and Turkmenistan have acquired the new dynamics and have been filled with the substantial content of the joint projects in the key fields of collaboration” and expressed belief that “guided by the existing agreements a new serious incentive will be offered to further multi-aspect bilateral co-operation for the benefit of our peoples, in the interests of strengthening peace and stability in Central Asia upon concluding the coming talks in Turkmenistan.”
