People & Health : Children’s resort to be on seashore

Children’s resort to be on seashoreThe complex of children’s health-improving centres is the prospective projects in the conception on Avaza’s development. The construction works have been started in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan.

Both projects stipulate for constructing the children’s centres and hostels for adults. Turkish Sehil is to built the largest of these complexes – the 900-seat family centre (the children’s centre will have a third of the seats) at the request of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The architectural idea of family recreation will be embodied in the ensemble of the buildings with different number of storeys – from park pavilions to high-rise towers. The second 400-seat children’s complex is to be built by Turkish Belda at the request of the National Center of Trade Unions. The cottages for children and the recreation centres for adults will be built in the park zone.

Children’s resort to be on seashoreEvery schoolchild’s dream is the holidays on the sea. By the opening of the health-improving centres children will have their own piece of the sea. Of course, there will be swimming pools and bathing huts in the territory of the health-improving centres to which the sea water will be piped via the water passages. The Caspian Sea water will splash in the man-made river nearby that will vanish in numerous creeks – the lakes with the banks turned into the marvelous beaches. According to architects’ idea the facilities built nearby the health-improving centres under construction will serve the only purpose – children’s recreation. The complex of palaces will be given at the children’s disposal in summers and winters. In any season children can recover their health and spend time interestingly in a children’s amusement park. The large entertainment complex including side shows, stall, rides and mini-museums, the exhibits in which will reproduce the magnificent monuments, parts of nature and districts of the world-renowned cities, will be opened for visitors all year round. The mini park including the historical monuments of Turkmenistan and the architectural ensembles built in recent years will give an opportunity to wander on the main city square and enjoy the antique fortresses, temples and ancient mausoleums within an hour.

A surprise is prepared for holiday makers – an oceanarium, the glass gallery of which will be built under the domes of the huge swimming pool. The builders will transform it into a lagoon, big coral reef, deep oceanic trench or tropical river flowing into the sea depending on inhabitants kept in various parts of the grandiose glass pool. There will be the dolphinarium in the territory.

There is no doubt that the children’s resort by the sea will become the most popular and comfortable one in the region. In any case, everything there, on the huge construction site is changed fabulously.
