Culture & Heritage : Three prizes for Joshgun

Three prizes for Joshgun The Joshgun artistic group won one first and two third places at the 1st International Charity Art Orphans’ Festival Kastal Key, which was held on the concert stages of St. Petersburg. The popular artistic group from Turkmenistan is the prize winner of various international contests for young singers and dancers. The talented artists of UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahayyan Orphan Palace won eight prizes at the international children’s festivals in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Istanbul and this time in the northern capital of the Russian Federation.

Dozens of the children’s artistic groups from the CIS states participated in the festival in St. Petersburg. They competed in three nominations with two performances each (dance, vocal and instrumental performance).

Our compatriots presented one more out-of-competition performance. They performed the trifling dance Mischievous Brothers – Jepbaki during the opening ceremony.

The Joshgun group won the prizes in three nominations (the same artists performed in all nominations). The team result is three laureate diplomas and the valuable prizes.

The young talented artists of the Joshgun group passed the ‘examination’ with credit having brilliantly performed in the gala concert at the Smolny Cathedral together with the famous Russian artists and ballet dancers.
