The annual creative competition draws more and more participants from different spheres of culture. Magnificent horses featured in paintings and carpets, made in metal, stone, wood and with the use of other unusual materials occupy most of the exhibition space. Arts and crafts, souvenirs related to horses and beautiful photographs provide a dramatic backdrop. On display are equestrian statues, which seem to have come to life and to be in motion thanks to the talent of sculptors. It is equally difficult to convey the expressiveness of motion in statues and make a restive horse obey. Tackling the creative task, sculptors are somehow similar to horse trainers; they create great masterpieces by their hard work and patience.

President of Turkmenistan flew around the capital and got acquainted with the progress of works on construction sites
Having familiarized with the state of affairs in the construction of residential complexes in the northern part of the capital, the leader of the nation focused on the implementation of tasks related to the gradual improvement of the social security of the urban population as a key aspect of the large-scale urban development program in Ashgabat. Noting the need for wide application of advanced architectural and engineering ideas in practice, the President of Turkmenistan stressed that the planning of each facility should fully meet its functional purpose. In this case, it is necessary to take into account the landscape and relief features of the area allocated for construction.
The meeting focused on the issues of expanding cooperation on a long-term basis in a number of areas, particularly in the fuel and energy sector, transport and communications, industry, and others.

According to the Head of the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat Natalya Drozd, the Government of Turkmenistan pays significant attention to widening the channels of disseminating information within the country and abroad as well as promoting closer cooperation between government institutions, mass media and the public. The OSCE Centre has established efficient cooperation with the Government to intensify the work of mass media in information support of social national programmes. The main goal of the seminar is to improve the work on holding press conferences and multilateral meetings and optimize the access to information among population.
Sportsmen who design and launch electric-driven plane models were competing in radio-controlled planes class. These models with large wings spread and thin fuselage, controlled by radio from the ground, fly using small electric motor and hover on air streams. There wer five masters of sports among the participants of this tournament. Numerous winner of international competitions in different types of plane models, Master of Sports Sahat Kuliyev won this competition by the results of 8 launches including the length of the flight and landing accuracy.
The complex of preventative measures includes making of ploughed lines, removing of the grass. Patrolling of the territories of Ashgabat outskirts and adjoin territory including recreation zones are planned this year. Number of fire stations provided with emergency response equipment by law enforcement agencies and Fire Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Committee of the country for Nature Protection and Land Resources would be located all around. Duty personnel will be equipped with proper gear, mobile communication and optics.
The state priorities of the development of solar energy sphere as well as advance technologies of its production and consumption were discussed during the seminar. The participants – lecturers and graduate students took part in interested exchange of opinions. International expert Nadejda Komendantova – Amann gave topical lecture followed by video conference on key aspects of alternative energy with the participation of the students of International University of Oil and Gas and Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communication of the capital.
