The solemn ceremony took place at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center, which brought together representatives of the country’s relevant agency, the sphere of culture and art, public, diplomatic missions accredited to Ashgabat, mass media, teachers and students of creative universities. Among the guests were the delegation of business circles of Palestine, arrived to participate in the Turkmen-Palestinian business forum.
The head of state and the Romanian diplomat exchanged views on the prospects and possibilities of cooperation with wide mainstreaming opportunities, particularly in trade-economic sphere. Integrating efforts in such areas as energy and transport are considered to be topical. The significant role is given to the activities of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission and regular bilateral ministerial consultations.
He graduated Turkmen Polytechnic Institute as construction engineer in 1990.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and First Vice Premier of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin outline priorities of bilateral cooperation
Having expressed the gratitude for the opportunity of personal meeting, the guest conveyed warm greetings from President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to the Head of the State. A. Mamin noted that the Government of Kazakhstan is interested in expansion of versatile cooperation with Turkmenistan, which under the leadership of its President achieved impressive success in social and economic development and recognition of the world’s community.
Realization of large urban construction projects is carried out without drawing the budget funds. Private entrepreneurs and business entities are big clients and shareholders of the project.
Aydyn Gijeler lighting appliances enterprise is one of the first to be established under the Governmental programme aimed at formation of competitive high technological, environmentally friendly electronic and electro technical industry and production of goods oriented for internal and foreign markets. The Ministry of Industry together with th Academy of Sciences and other branch departments will be coordinating this work.
