In the course of meeting, the sides exchanged views on priority orientations and prospects of constructive partnership within the CIS, special attention was paid to the further development of interstate cooperation. Emphasizing the positive role of peaceful foreign policy of Turkmenistan, based on the principles of positive neutrality, the guest informed about the Mission’s operational principles, and organization of its work.
The Women’s Day is a wonderful occasion to tell a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a bride how beautiful they are. The best assistant in expressing the feelings and emotions has always been music, poetry, in general, arts. That is vividly proved by the festive concert, which brought together the female compatriots from all regions of our country. Among them were the veterans of labor, the deputies of the National Parliament, the representatives of public organizations, the best workers, mothers of many children, who were awarded with the title of honour "Ene Mahri", the winners of the "Woman of the Year" contest, the final round of which was held on the eve of the International Women's Day.
The agenda included the subjects of the development of beneficial partnership in trade, oil and gas, industrial, agricultural, science, education, health protection and medicinal industry spheres as well as in culture and tourism.

Current champion of Turkmenistan – Ashgabat club Altyn Asyr hold starting games in Kyrgyz city Osh against local Alay, which is also the leader of his country in this sport. The match was the most resultative in the first leg of group games.
The attention of ethno-style admirers was attracted by the original collection of national clothes by Tuvak Sahedova, who presented five women's dressing gowns decorated with elaborate hand-embroidered embroidery. Equally admirable were the exclusive women’s handbags decorated with colorful ornaments.
According to the Resolution of the Head of the State, the industrial complex including spinning, weaving, dyeing and clothing manufacture productions will be oriented to the processing of 5000 tons of fine fibre cotton and production of 3650 tons of cotton wool, 12 million sq.m. of fabric and 1 million 200 thousand of readymade garments per year.
With the support of the teaching staff of the Academy, the seminar participants prepared the interactive presentations on the cooperation of Turkmenistan with the leading international organizations and agencies, including the United Nations Population Fund. The National Action Plan (NAP) on Gender Equality in Turkmenistan for the period 2015-2020 was developed within the framework of cooperation with this international structure. The document defines the key directions of the state policy in this sphere and aims at creating the necessary conditions for increasing the participation of women in the socio-political, socio-economic and humanitarian spheres.
During the conference dedicated to the significant event, it was noted that from time immemorial the Turkmens treated the woman with love and special respect, associating with her the notions of beauty and considering her the fundamental principle of life. As the participant of the festivities emphasized, great importance is attached to preserving the high prestige of the institution of the family, where reverence for the mother and the elder is laid. Today, during the period of cardinal reforms, this tradition has found its worthy continuation.

Turkmenistan has been heavily investing in building modern railways, roads, air, maritime and river transport infrastructure, and telecommunications systems. Massive efforts are being made to lay a solid foundation and encourage further growth of the sectors, to build new roads of national and regional significance, to open domestic and international routes, and to purchase high-tech powerful vehicles. The transport-communications sector is taking full advantage of the latest technologies and boasts new enterprises with new jobs. Designed to completely renovate the sector’s facilities, the national programs are being successfully implemented in the country.
