Although camel's milk is souring much slower than cow's milk, a soon rooting product needs to be processed quickly. The scientists of the Institute of Animal Breeding and Veterinary Science jointly with the specialists of the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan suggested a reliable way to increase the storage time of camel breeding products. It's about dry camel milk. To this basis is added a substrate obtained from basil, thyme, dill, sweet wormwood, mint, which gives the product recovered from the powder mass an exquisite taste and enhances their usefulness.
