In the Moldovan village a kindergarten, built on the initiative of the President of Turkmenistan was opened
The solemn opening of the kindergarten "Dostluk" was held in Cișmichioi village of Vulcănești district of Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit (ATU) of the Republic of Moldova, which was built on the initiative of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov as a gift to the brotherly people.
The Turkmen leader voiced this idea in 2013 during his official visit to Kishinev. The ceremony of laying the kindergarten was held with the participation of the top leadership of Moldova in May 2015. President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon also arrived to the present opening of the preschool institution. From the Turkmen side, on behalf of President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov Rashid Meredov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan took part in the ceremony. Together with the head of the ATU Gagauzia Irina Vlah they cut the symbolic ribbon, officially having opened the kindergarten "Dostluk".
On behalf of the Turkmen leader, the vice prime minister conveyed the greeting to the entire Gagauzian people, noting that this social object is a symbol of friendship between the two countries, therefore it received the name "Dostluk", which means "Friendship."
The President of the Republic of Moldova, Igor Dodon and başcan (Governor) of Gagauzia, Irina Vlah, expressed to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov deep gratitude for the generous gift to the village of Cișmichioi. In her speech at the ceremony, Irina Vlah called the construction of the kindergarten "one of the most significant social projects in Gagauzia for the last decade". "This day will go down in history not only of the village of Cișmichioi, but will also be a new stage in the development of the education and preschool education in Gagauzia. After all, there is no such analogous kindergarten in the whole Republic of Moldova," said the başcan.
Participants of the celebration, among which there were officials, diplomats from different countries, journalists and local residents, familiarized themselves with the conditions created in the new preschool institution. The kindergarten, the building of which occupies 2950 square meters, is designed for 160 children and 8 groups, two of them are logopedic rooms and two of them are for early development. There are also rooms equipped for developing classes; there is a cabinet of manual labor, computer science, linguistics, gymnastics, as well as a music room and a swimming pool.
The main focus was done on energy efficiency. The installed thermo-noise isolation system allows saving electricity up to 70 percent. For the water supply of the kindergarten, the Turkmen side (the company "Bayly gurluşyk") has built a new artesian well in Cișmichioi.
Another important element of the facility is the availability of treatment facilities, through which water after cleaning will be used to irrigate trees. On 600 square meters of territory adjoining the garden, an orchard was planted, and from the main entrance to the children's playground, the Park of Fairy Heroes stretches to the building, where deciduous and coniferous trees were planted on an area of more than 670 square meters. In addition to gaming grounds, there are also two sports grounds - for kids and for pupils of older groups (320 and 350 square meters, respectively). There are various outbuildings. The total area of the whole complex is 11400 square meters.
According to the words of district leaders in Cişmichioi with a population of more than 5 thousand people, the birth rate is increasing every year. The five kindergartens that existed in the village, very "compactly" located in the buildings adapted for this purpose, are obsolete do not meet the requirements not in terms of capacity, nor in accordance with modern standards for educational institutions. Now they will all be united in the fairy town "Dostluk".
Local workers also participated in the construction of the new, super modern kindergarten, and the language of intimacy facilitated excellent understanding between Turkmen specialists and Gagauzians. It is enough to give an example of the name of the village, which every Turkmen will understand: Cişmichioi, which in Russian means "a house at the spring".
Undoubtedly, this social project, financed by Turkmenistan, has become the beginning of a new stage in the interaction of the peoples, will open the way for their spiritual intimacy and communication, new humanitarian contacts and joint good deeds.
An example of such good deed already exists - in April, for the celebration of the Great Victory Day in the Moldovan village of Delacău (Anenii Noi district), the Turkmen side has capitally restored a memorial on the mass grave of soldiers who died in the war of 1941-45. Here, on May 4, 1944, the outstanding son of the Turkmen people, writer Nurmyrat Sarykhanov, who served in the 958th Infantry Order of Bogdan Khmelnytsky regiment, 299th Infantry Division of Kharkov, has died in the bloody battle for the liberation of Moldova from the fascist invaders.
Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov devoted his book-speculation "Music of Peace, Music of Friendship and Brotherhood" to N.Sarykhanov's work "Shukur Bakhshi" and to the film "Contest" produced by Bulat Mansurov, which became the classic of the world cinema.
The concert of artists and dance groups of Gagauzia and Turkmenistan was included to the festival in the village of Cişmichioi, during which young masters of "Dostluk" and their educators received gifts on behalf of President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov. At the festival that took place on this day all guests were treated with a fragrant Turkmen pilaf (national meal) in the center of the village.
