Ion Koshulyanu, an international expert on information technologies gave lectures at the Academy of Civil Service

The experience exchange in the information technologies field continues within the framework of the joint project of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Development Program.

The visit of Ion Koshulyanu, an international expert in the field of information technology representing the Republic of Moldova took place on October 31-November 4 in accordance with the plan of events for 2017.

The purpose of Mr. Koshulyanu's visit is familiarization with the experience of planning and organization of electronic control systems, as well as participation in the round-table discussion on "Current trends in the reform of the civil service." International consultants, representatives of several ministries, departments and deputies of the national parliament were invited to the discussion.

Within the visit of the expert were conducted thematic meetings with the participation of academic teaching staff, discussed international experience and national practices in the field of electronic document circulation, planning efficiency and improving the system of social communications and services.

As it was mentioned, universal office applications and ICT tools (information and communication technologies) were widespread in the modern education system: word processors, spreadsheets, presentation preparation programs, database management systems, graphics packages, etc.

Lectures with interactive elements on the topics "Successful experience in the development and implementation of national E-Government concepts" and "ICT and public administration - international experience and advanced national practices" were given for the students of the academy.

The seminar was conducted for teachers at the end of the lecture course on the topic: "Using ICT in improving the learning process", during which attention was focused on informational support of all forms of educational activity. The international expert suggested recommendations for improving the IR technologies for the interaction of teachers and trainees in open and distance education systems.
