The seminar was aimed at activation of woman and youth role in peace-making processes in the Central Asia. Subjects of preventative diplomacy as well as formats of cooperation with governmental structures and community were in the centre of the participants’ attention.
The Turkmenistan–Germany business forum is expected to be attended by the representatives of government agencies and organizations of Germany, as well as senior managers of companies dealing with information technology; oil, gas and chemical industries; energy; construction; mechanical engineering; agriculture; food industry; transport; logistics and other industries.

It is one of the series of meetings, co-organized by international expert on monitoring the SDGs Gereltuya Altankhuyag, who arrived on a working visit to hold consultations with the Government of Turkmenistan, and the UN Country Group on the SDGs integrated into the ongoing national socio-economic programs.

The Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea starts its work in Ashgabat
The ceremony started with a concert performed by popular artists and dancing groups. The official part was marked with the ceremony of raising the state flags of the countries, founders of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea – Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan at the entrance to the office of the Executive Committee.

In Ashgabat, the third session of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Hungarian commission for economic cooperation was held at the Ministry of Economy and Development. Central Bank of Turkmenistan and Savings Banks Fund for International Cooperation of the FRG have signed a Memorandum
Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Bank of Turkmenistan (CBT) and the Savings Banks Fund for International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany was signed in Berlin. The document is aimed at deepening cooperation in the field of strengthening financial system and vocational training, exchanging visits of experts and specialists.
