Telephone conversation was held between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich.

Within the framework of the conversation, the leaders of the two states discussed the priority areas of the Turkmen-Ukrainian partnership underlining the most favourable prospects for enhancing and developing efficient trade and economic relations as well as traditional humanitarian and cultural ties as an important aspect of the interstate dialogue.

It was also held interested view exchange on the important issues of the regional and international policy.
