R. Meredov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs, reported on October 31 during a government meeting held via the digital system about preparations for the planned working visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the United States of America.

The Head of State will make a trip to the United States at the invitation of President Donald Trump in order to hold a bilateral high-level meeting and to participate in the “Central Asia & the U.S.” Summit, which will take place in Washington, D.C.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that there are good prospects for the further development of Turkmen-American relations. The Head of State emphasized that the upcoming Summit is intended to promote the strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries.

In this regard, the President of Turkmenistan gave the Deputy Prime Minister appropriate instructions related to the proper preparation for the working visit to the United States of America.
