Gulyalek Allakulieva, a lecturer at the Department of Forestry and Park Management of the Faculty of Agroecology at the S. A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, took part in a training program on agribiotechnologies in Moscow.

The event was organized by the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in cooperation with the A. M. Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Fund.

Specialists in the relevant fields and faculty members of higher education institutions from various countries were invited to participate in the agribiotechnology training program held in the capital of the Russian Federation.

The training was conducted with the aim of enhancing the role of agribiotechnologies in the development of the agro-industrial complex and providing in-depth study of biotechnologies.

Participants reviewed and discussed modern approaches to achieving sustainability in the agricultural sector through the promotion and implementation of innovative farming methods. In this context, the importance of training future agricultural professionals at universities in line with modern realities was emphasized, as well as the expansion of international cooperation in the fields of science and education.

The event, which brought together specialized professionals, served as an effective platform for developing professional skills, improving qualifications, and exchanging valuable experience and fresh ideas in the implementation of scientific projects and priority tasks in the agro-industrial sector.

The participation of Turkmen delegates in such events significantly contributes to addressing priority tasks related to improving the national education system, as well as to the implementation of targeted state programs, in this case the “State Program for the Comprehensive Development of Biotechnologies in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028.”
