The area along the automobile road leading from the city of Dashoguz to Gyorogly etrap is being developed at a rapid pace. At present, a number of four-story residential buildings are under construction here, three of which are being built on a plot adjacent to the highway in the village of “Parahat” of “Gülistan” geneshlik of Shavat etrap of Dashoguz velayat.

The new buildings differ in the number of apartments and entrances. As of today, the structural frameworks of the houses have been fully erected, and finishing work is underway in some of them. All of the buildings are being constructed by private construction companies.

Many individual residential houses have also been built in this area. This indicates that, due to the active development of the housing sector and the network of social and cultural facilities, the southern part of the city of Dashoguz is currently developing at a high pace.

It should be noted that the construction of new housing and other facilities is also characteristic of other parts of the city. Thus, among the major projects whose implementation began last year are the construction, along the road leading from Dashoguz to the city of Kunyaurgench, of a new administrative building for the adalat authorities of Dashoguz velayat, as well as the laying of the foundation for a 400-bed Maternal and Child Health Center. In addition, last year several private shopping and shopping-and-entertainment centers, stores, and pharmacies were commissioned in various parts of the administrative center of the velayat.

Overall, all of this provides grounds to say that the city of Dashoguz is developing in a comprehensive manner, both through the development of vacant land plots and through the rational use of already built-up areas. It is important to note that when creating new residential districts, their provision with appropriate infrastructure, including social and cultural facilities, is taken into account.
