By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan»:

2^nd class lawyer Shahergeldiyev Azat was appointed prosecutor of the city of Balkanabat in the Balkan velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Velbekov Sapaguly Rasulgulyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the city of Mary, Mary velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Yaryyev Bayrammuhammet Charymammet-ogly was appointed prosecutor of the Garagum etrap of the Mary velayat;

justice advisor Hojamgulyyev Serdar Otuzovich was dismissed from his post as prosecutor of the city of Balkanabat in the Balkan velayat;

2^nd class lawyer Shirgulyyev Shirguly Bashimgulyyevich was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Dovletli etrap of the Lebap velayat;

justice advisor Mammetamanov Dovletgeldi Gurbanmammedovich was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the city of Mary, Mary velayat;

justice advisor Artykov Batyr Rozmyradovich was dismissed from his post as prosecutor of the Garagum etrap of the Mary velayat.

In order to successfully address the objectives outlined in the Development Program of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan for 2022–2028 and significantly improve the working conditions of employees of the Service in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the State Migration Service is instructed to design and construct an administrative building for the Dashoguz velayat office of the Service in Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat; an administrative building for the Yoloten etrap office of the Mary velayat office of the Service; and a service residential building in the Yoloten etrap of Mary velayat, equipping them with modern equipment and landscaping the surrounding areas.
