Chairman of the Council of Trustees of special-purpose complex program “Spiritual and moral culture of growing generation of Russia” Svetlana Medvedeva arrived in Ashgabat on invitation of the Turkmen party with delegation of the Russian Federation for participation in VII Forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of CIS member countries was awarded with the order of Turkmenistan “Ruhubelent”.
As it was written in the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Medvedeva Svetlana Vladimirovna was honored with this high state award for great personal contribution to the development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russian Federation in the spheres of science and education, cultural and humanitarian fields, for services in strengthening of friendly relations between two countries, development of high spiritual and moral principles in youth as well as taking into account scale social activity she carries out.
