Training seminar for workers of hotel complexes, being formed on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea resort, has started in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” in “Arzuw” hotel. Training was organized by Turkmenistan’s State Committee for tourism jointly with the Investment Society of Republic of Turkey.

Main purpose of the seminar, where international experts participate together with the Turkmen specialists, is the introduction of modern standards into dynamically developing sector of the national economy – tourism industry and sanatorium recreation, world experience in this sphere and its use in Turkmenistan.

In the course of the plenary session and sectional trainings, it was fully considered the major performances of activity of the hotels, including professional ethics, standards of service, methods of marketing and other vital aspects of hospitality for rapid development of national school of the tourism business. The program also includes the organization of trainings for managers and other specialists of the service sphere.

Seminar will be held in several stages and last till January 2013. In total, over 500 persons will have trainings here.
