The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in collaboration with the ministries and departments concerned will participate in the World Expo 2012. Participation in the international economic event will contribute to enhancing mutually advantageous cooperation and propagating the economic achievements of Turkmenistan.
The International Exposition Yeosu Korea 2012 will take place from May 12 to August 12, 2012 and anticipates participation of more than 100 countries and international organizations. Its main theme is “The Living Ocean and Coast: Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Development”.
In Korea Turkmenistan will present the exposition entitled “Avaza is a tourist pearl” and the pavilions of the State Committee for Tourism and Sport, the Ministry of Nature Protection, the State Sea and River Transport Service, the State Committee for Fishing Industry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The National Day of Turkmenistan will be held in the framework of the international forum.
