Today, solemn opening ceremony of the Center of solemnities “Toy mekany” was held in Babarap village of the gengeshlik of the same name in Gokdepe etrap of Akhal province. Members of the government, officials of the Parliament, ministries and departments, representatives of social organizations, honorable elders, the youth, local residents and numerous guests took part in solemn opening ceremony of the Center of solemnities “Toy mekany”. This day became most exciting and significant for five newly married couples, who fixed their matrimony in the solemn atmosphere.

The Center of solemnities, which construction was started in June 2012, is a two-storey building with an area of 14000 square meters. On the first floor, there are the men’s and women’s beauty salon, jewelry store, gift shop, photographic studio, hall for registration of marriages for 100 seats, small wedding hall for 250 seats and other halls. On the second floor, there is a salon of bridal costumes, tailoring shop, florist's shop, large wedding hall for 500 seats.

In the course of the ceremony of solemn commissioning of new building, the best builders were awarded with valuable gifts.
