A candidate in the 2012 presidential election Rejep Bazarov has held a meeting with his constituencies today. The meeting took place at the cultural centre in Ruhabat Etrap in Ahal Velayat.

Rejep Bazarov was born in Gubadag Etrap in Dashoguz Velayat in 1958.

In 1980, he graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, the specialty – veterinary medicine.

R. Bazarov’s career started in the Amy Darya farmers association in Gubadag Etrap where he worked as senior veterinarian. Then he held an appointment as the Chief of the Gurbadag Etrap veterinary service.

In 2000-2005, he held the appointments as the Head of agricultural department of the Gubadag Etrap Khyakimlik and the Chairman of the Obahyzmat agricultural joint-stock association in Gubadag Etrap.

In 2005-2008, he held an appointment as the Chairman of the Gubadag Etrap association of trade unions in Dashoguz Velayat. In 2008-2011, R. Bazarov held an appointment as the Gurbansoltan Eje Etrap Deputy Khyakim in charge of the agricultural sector and Gubadag Etrap Khyakim.

In 2011, R. Bazarov was appointed Dashoguz Velayat Deputy Khyakim in charge of the agricultural sector.

Rejep Bazarov is married with six children.
