He was born in Ata village in Serahs Etrap, Ahal Velayat in 1954.
He served in the army in 1973-1975.
In 1980, he graduated from the Turkmen Institute of Economy and Management, the specialist – economist.
In 1980 he started working at concrete panel construction Trust of the Ministry of Construction of Turkmenistan; in 1985 he held the appointment as Chief Accountant and Team Manager.
In 1985-1990 he held the appointments as Chief Accountant of the Ashgabat service and supply department of the Turkmenobahojalykbejerisgurlusyk Trust, Chief Accountant of the PMK-46 and the service and construction department of the Ministry of Local Industry of Turkmenistan and Chief Accountant of the Ministry.
In 1990-1992 he held the position of Chief Accountant of the Turkmenhaly State Association. In 1992-1996 he held the position as Head of the Ashgabat service department of the Turkmenmivegokonumlerigurlusyk Trust. In 1996-1999 he held the appointment as Director General of the Turkmenrosmebel Turkmen-Russian joint venture of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.
In 1992-2010 he held the appointments as Chief Engineer, Deputy Director and Director of the Abadan carpet factory of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.
Since 2010 he has been working as Director of the Geoktepe cotton spinning factory of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.
He has the Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 20 ýyllygyna Jubilee Medal.
