President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the opening ceremony of the office building of Turkmenhowayollary State National Service that took place on the territory of the new international airport.
The Chairperson of Mejlis, cabinet ministers, high-ranking military and law enforcement officials, velayat and Ashgabat hyakims, media representatives and airport specialists cordially greeted the Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the ceremony venue. The President received the report from the Head of Turkmenhowayollary State National Service on the readiness of the facility for operation.

The office building of Turkmenhowayollary State National Service is the five-storey building with an adjacent territory located near the new international airport terminal.
The general department of Turkmenhowayollary State National Service, the central archives, the maintenance department, the ticket office supplied with special security equipment, the office of the militarized security service and the gym with sports equipment and other specialized facilities are located on the first floor of the office building.
The conference hall for 200 visitors with the booths for simultaneous interpretation supplied with sound amplifying equipment, the medical room, the offices of primary trade union organisations, the legal department, the personnel department, the high-tech department, the technical operation and airworthiness unit with a special library and the offices of the aviation security service are located on the second floor.
There are the conference hall, the flight operations department, the offices of air traffic control officers, the 6th specialized air squadron, the specialized cartographic unit, the department of interpreters, the certification and licensing department, the offices of specialists who maintain automated telephone exchange, the server unit and other premises on the third floor of the building.
There are the conference hall, the planning and economic department, the department of control and audit of the accounting department, the airport operations and capital construction department, the contract and aviation department, the department of production management and foreign economic relations on the fourth floor of the building.
When visiting the Turkmenhowayollary office building, the President lifted to the fifth floor where he asked the local specialists about technical equipment and working conditions.
