Ashgabat will host the meeting of the World Health Organisation in autumn of the year of 2012. The meeting will bring together the ministers of health of the states of the European region.

With the aim to prepare for this event and discuss the issues related to organisation of the meeting, Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan G. Elyasov has visited the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen, the Kingdom of Denmark on April 30-May 3, 2012.
