The International conference entitled “The 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Turkmenistan: historical experience of building a sovereign state” organized by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan was held at the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The conference brought together the heads and representatives of parliaments, prominent scientists, and political scientists from 20 countries of the world. The reports dedicated to the historical experience and modern accomplishments of Turkmenistan achieved along the way of developing the democratic state governed by the rule of law were presented during the conference.
