In Balkan velayat, new vehicle inspection and registration centers of the traffic police departments of Magtymguly and Etrek etraps were ceremonially opened to mark the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence. Notably, this event coincided with a nationwide road safety month.

Speakers at the opening ceremony highlighted the extensive work being done in our country to strengthen the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies and improve transportation infrastructure. Performances by art groups of Balkan velayat added a special color to the festive atmosphere.

Participants of the celebrations familiarized themselves with the technical equipment of the new facilities. The installed modern equipment allows for vehicle condition monitoring, early detection of defects, development and implementation of effective repair methods, and assessment of vehicle compliance with environmental standards.

Outstanding builders were awarded valuable gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
