Turkmenistan will take part in the World Economic Forum in Istanbul

According to the Resolution signed by the President of Turkmenistan Minister of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan B.Hojamammedov has taken part in the World Economic Forum on Europe, the Middle East, Northern Africa and Central Asia in Istanbul, the Turkish Republic on June 4-6, 2012.

According to the organisers of the meeting, for the first time in its 42-year history, the World Economic Forum will consider several regions given the issues of their relationship and cooperation.

The World Economic Forum on Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia has convened over 1,000 governmental officials, businessmen, journalists representing over 70 countries in Istanbul, Turkey, to catalyse new partnerships for growth and human development.

The meeting agenda focuses on the Roadmaps for Reform, Pathways to Inclusive Growth. The meeting participants will discuss how governments and business leaders can design and deliver new models to drive innovation and economic agility across these regions, the investment in science and research that are critical to knowledge economies, and energy safety, etc.
