Speaking at the plenary session of the International Conference "Turkmentel-2024," Alexey Borodin, Director General of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC), emphasized that the development of artificial intelligence in national languages is a key aspect that must be considered.
He noted that for AI systems to work effectively, it is extremely important to have linguistic models that reflect the unique cultural, social and historical characteristics of a region. Given the rich culture and traditions of our region, creating such models should become a priority task for national governments.
Today, telecommunications operators use artificial intelligence to build support lines for standard customer interactions. AI is used to automate responses to frequently asked questions, improve service quality, and personalize interactions, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and company efficiency.
