According to the established good tradition, on the eve of the significant holiday for independent Turkmenistan - the International Day of Neutrality, ceremonies of commissioning of new buildings were held in different regions of the country.
Unprecedented construction is being carried out in all corners of the Turkmen land, which is designed to bring new dynamics to the development of the regions, to create opportunities for further improvement of social and living conditions of the people.
Music and songs glorifying the achievements of the independent neutral Motherland, achieved due to the initiative of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and successfully continued by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sounded in the territories of festively decorated new buildings.
Today, a solemn ceremony of commissioning five comfortable residential buildings was held in the city of Turkmenbashi.
Each of the five houses has 60 two–, three-, and four-bedroom apartments of improved layout, which are decorated with high-quality materials, which provide all the amenities for living, including equipped with built-in furniture, modern kitchens and a system for maintaining an optimal microclimate, etc. Children's playgrounds and sports grounds are located on the landscaped adjacent territory.
High requirements for creating a comfortable social environment for residents have become a distinctive feature of new buildings. Thus, in practice, a comprehensive concept of urban planning policy is being implemented, which is focused on the use of advanced technologies and innovations, ensuring the most favorable conditions for life, creative work and good rest for the citizens of our Homeland.

A wonderful festive gift to the residents of the northern region of the country was a new complex of residential buildings, which stretches over an area of 71 hectares. It includes 70 four-storied houses of improved layout, designed for a total of 1,496 families, a comprehensive school for 600 students, a kindergarten for 240 places, a modern health center and a shopping center.
As in other cities of the country, housing construction in the administrative center of Dashoguz Velayat has become widespread in recent years. This is evidenced by the socio-cultural and industrial facilities put into operation here over the last decades.
A significant increase in housing construction in the Dashoguz city was made possible by the wide involvement of domestic private construction enterprises. Due to the special attention of the President of Turkmenistan to the development of this segment of the national economy, entrepreneurial activity has become one of the most effective areas of the construction industry.
Spacious, beautifully decorated apartments, designed for large and small families, provide all conditions for residents. The houses are provided with a centralized system of water, gas and energy supply. In the courtyards there are children's playgrounds and gazebos for rest. The surrounding area is landscaped.
The new kindergarten and school, equipped with modern equipment, have all the opportunities for the comprehensive development of pupils, teaching them foreign languages and computer literacy.
The consistent modernization of the country's healthcare infrastructure is evidenced by the erected two-storied Health Center, which provides residents of the new complex with a wide range of medical and diagnostic services, high-level and high-quality medical care.
The shopping center with spacious halls equipped for the sale of various types of goods harmoniously complements the architectural ensemble of new buildings.
In addition, on the eve of the International Day of Neutrality, a training and service center for the repair and maintenance of “KAMAZ” vehicles was also opened in Dashoguz.
It should be noted that during the partnership with the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, thousands of units of various trucks of this brand have been delivered to Turkmenistan. The development engineers of “KAMAZ” PJSC systematically improve its models, improving the functional characteristics.
Trucks that meet modern requirements have proved themselves well in the climatic conditions of our country.
The training and service center includes an administrative building, a warehouse and a repair shop. There is also a car wash, a car park with a canopy and water tanks. A significant area of the complex is reserved for a spare parts warehouse, the uninterrupted supply of which will allow parts to be replaced as soon as possible.
