The competition “Türkmenistan – parahatçylygyň we ynanyşmagyň Watany”, organized in order to popularize the historical reforms carried out under the wise leadership of the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as to further celebrate the International Year of Peace and Trust, was announced by the Balkan Velayat Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan jointly with the editorial office of the "Balkan" newspaper.

It is worth noting that the purpose of the competition is to highlight the achievements of our country over the years of independence and permanent neutrality of the Fatherland, the enormous importance of the legal status of neutrality in strengthening peace, friendship and brotherhood on Earth.

Citizens of etraps and cities of the velayat who are engaged in creativity and are not winners of state-level competitions can take part in the competition. Poems and articles submitted to the competition should reveal the significance of the large-scale activities of the Head of state for the benefit of the country and humanity, the 30th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the International Year of Peace and Trust in the epoch of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state.

The results of the competition will be announced on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the country's permanent neutrality, which will be widely celebrated in December of this year.
