The editorial office of the Ashgabat newspaper, together with the hyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat, the Ashgabat City Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, and the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, announces a creative contest called "Arkadagly Gahryman Serdarly ak şäherim Aşgabat!" It is timed to coincide with the Day of the City of Ashgabat, celebrated annually on May 25.

Everyone can take part in the contest, regardless of age. To participate, you should submit your articles, poems about the beauty of Ashgabat, photos and photo collages depicting the splendor of the Turkmen capital.

Works must not have been previously published in print media.

Articles, poems and photo works should be sent to the editorial office of the newspaper "Ashgabat" until May 15 this year, indicating in the letter: "For the contest "Arkadagly Gahryman Serdarly ak şäherim Aşgabat!".

The names of the winners will be announced on Ashgabat City Day. Their works will be published in the "Ashgabat" newspaper.
