This year, farmers of the Lebap velayat plans to obtain a generous cotton harvest from 130 thousand hectares of land allocated for this crop.

Thanks to the dedicated work of the tenants, agrotechnical measures for the care of crops have already been carried out on 50 thousand hectares. These works, requiring great skill from machine operators, are carried out at a high level. Special role in this belongs to the specialists of the etrap production enterprises "Obahyzmat" of the production association "Lebapobahyzmat", ensuring the smooth functioning of agricultural machinery.

Currently, cotton care is carried out in Kerki, Halach, Sayat, Charjev and Danev etraps of the velayat.
