The working visit of the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag to the Principality of Monaco, which took place in January of this year, opened a new page in the development of bilateral relations. As is known, during the visit, Hero Arkadag met with the participants of the National Equestrian Games Group "Galkynysh", which won the main prize and other special awards at the 47th International Festival of Circus Arts in Monte Carlo.
On this occasion, at the ceremony held in the city of Arkadag to honor the members of the Group, they were presented with large cash prizes on behalf of the Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, as well as 10-day vouchers to the "Dayanch" health center in the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone from the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
And recently, at the railway station of the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan velayat, a meeting of the participants of the National Equestrian Games Group "Galkynysh" took place. After the organized celebration, the participants of the famous group headed to the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone.
Here, Turkmen horsemen became honorable guests at the ceremony on the occasion of the beginning of the children's summer holidays. They also got acquainted with the work of children's groups and the museum exhibits of the cultural center.
These days, equestrian artists actively participate in cultural and sports events held in the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone during the summer holidays. They also became participants of the events organized within the framework of the International Dance and Folklore Festival “Avaza – the Land of Friendship” held here.
We met with the artistic director of the "Galkynysh" Group, honored horse breeder of Turkmenistan Serdar Pygyyev, who shared with us the work he had done.
— Our tour of the country's regions took place just recently. We also took part in the International Festival of Ethnosport Culture, which took place in Istanbul, Turkiye. Our Group performed well at the festival, which was organized for the 7th time by the World Ethnosport Confederation. At the ethnosports festival held in a friendly country, members of our team demonstrated high skill in performing equestrian games. Unique, complex tricks performed to music, the uniqueness of our national costumes, as well as the swiftness and courage of our "heavenly" horses, unmatched in beauty and grace, aroused great interest among the guests of the ethnosports festival .
The modern conditions and opportunities created for the members of our team in the epoch of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, and the great victories achieved inspire us for future achievements. With great pride and deep gratitude I would like to say that the high level of equestrian sports and circus arts in our country are the fruits of the tireless efforts of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. At various events, conferences, meetings we strive to convey the value of the current historical era to the younger generation.
