Director of the Training Center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan Guvanchmyrat Myradov took part in the 13th meeting of the Regional Training Centers of the European Region of the World Customs Organization. The meeting was held in the building of the Regional Office for Capacity Building of the World Customs Organization in the European Region, located in Baku.

In his speech, G. Myradov, at a meeting of heads of customs administrations of the countries of the European region, held in Brussels, focused on the unanimous recognition of the Ashgabat center in the status of Regional.

The assigning of this status to the center was another confirmation of the international recognition of Turkmenistan's achievements in the field of customs administration and training of specialists in this field. The center is currently developing international-level training programs.

The participants of the 13th meeting also discussed the current state of regional cooperation in the field of personnel training.
