The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution authorizing the Executive Department of the President’s Office to conclude the contract with VINCI Construction Grands Projets (France) for design and construction of the Government building in Ashgabat.
The Government building will be constructed in the centre of the Turkmen capital in the territory bordering on Bitarap Avenue, Gyorogly Street and Ch. Nurymov Street with the total area of over 54,000 square metres. Under the contract the French company is to design and construct the building, supply it with state-of-the-art equipment and improve the adjacent territory.
The construction work is to start in December 2011, and the facility is to be put into operation in December 2013.
