The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution approving the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, its organizational structure, the list of institutions, enterprises and organisations affiliated to the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution approving the Regulations on the State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, its organizational structure, the list of institutions, enterprises and organisations affiliated to the State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan.
The abovementioned State Committee in Ashgabat is to be located at the Turkmenistan Broadcasting Centre.
In accordance with the Resolution the State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan is to create the television and radio studios in Ahal, Balkan, Mary, Lebap and Dashoguz Velayat in accordance with established procedure
In accordance with the Resolution the General Directorate of Turkmen Television was abolished. The State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan is to be the assignee of the abovementioned General Directorate.
In accordance with the Resolution the State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan is to draft and submit the relevant amendments and additions to laws of Turkmenistan to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for consideration within one month.
The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution authorizing to refer the television tower built on the Kopetdag ridge in the south of Ashgabat to as the Turkmenistan Broadcasting Centre.
In accordance with the Order of the President of Turkmenistan Vice Premier N. Shagulyev will participate in a regular meeting of the Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which will take place in St. Petersburg, the Russian Federation on October 18, 2011.
