President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a visit to Ashgabat. The Turkmen officials greeted the distinguished guests at the Ashgabat International Airport.
The distinguished guest will attend the celebrations in honour of the 20th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.
During the visit to the Turkmen capital President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will hold a meeting to discuss the issues regarding further expansion of multifaceted bilateral cooperation developed on a long-term, mutually beneficial and equal basis within effective business partnerships with the largest regions of the friendly Russian state.
