Commotion in a Doll's house of Henrik Ibsen
In 1879, Norwegian writer and playwright Henrik Ibsen based his play «A Doll's house» on a true story. At the time, Norwegian society saw feminist undertones in the play and vehemently justified forgery of the Nora, citing a noble motive—a crime committed to save a loved one. Today, this view can be challenged, but that is not the point.

The tale “The Grateful Crane” presented in a Japanese style
On the first day of the Week of Foreign Drama, a premiere performance of the Japanese folk tale “The Grateful Crane” was staged at the Main Academic Drama Theatre of Turkmenistan named after Saparmyrat the Great. The film «Composer» was awarded the Open Eurasian film award «Diamond butterfly»
On the 27th of November, the first ceremony of the Open Eurasian film award «Diamond butterfly» took place in Moscow, at the «Workshop «12» of Russian director Nikita Mihalkov. The significant event brought together representatives of the film community from 17 countries, who submitted 34 films to the competition.
