In order to further improve the art of breeding Ahal-Teke horses, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people and the treasury of human civilisation, occupy an honourable place in the world equestrian culture, have become a national pride and treasure, a standard of beauty, as well as the traditions of decorating horses, national equestrian sports and equestrian games in the Fatherland, glorifying the role of «heavenly» horses in life and the world of art, increasing the feeling of love and interest in horses and equestrian sports among young people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, taking into account the great contribution to the presentation of our «heavenly» horses in all their glory on the international arena and the excellent achievements in this matter, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order. According to the document, the National Equestrian Games Group «Galkynyş» of the Ahal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan of the Economic Department of the Administrative Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkmenistan was awarded a cash prize of 3,000,000 (three million) manats.

The President of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the decision of the Foundation, allowing the allocation of a cash prize of 17,000 (seventeen thousand) euros to members of the «Galkynyş» National Equestrian Games Group, which successfully performed and won prestigious awards at the 47th International Circus Arts Festival in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, 1,000 euros each.

The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree according to which, taking into account the contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the independent Fatherland, conscientious fulfillment of the sacred military duty and great merits in strengthening the rule of law and order, maintaining peace in society, as well as in honor of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, a group of servicemen and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country were awarded military and special ranks, as well as class ranks.
