President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with the participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of number of departments and hyakims of the velayats. The agenda included priority objectives of the country’s development.
First, the President called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev who reported on the rates the grain harvest and on the preparation to another important agricultural campaign – the cotton harvesting. The Hyakim also informed on the events held under continued the Week of Culture.
Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan expressed the interest in the condition of harvesting equipment and in the settlement of the payments with the farmers for delivered grain.
The Head of the State pointed out the importance to hold under control social issues, especially those related to timely repair works at schools in the context of preparation to coming academic year. The Head of the State also requested to speed up the construction of secondary comprehensive schools and kindergartens in the region, to provide the opening of these and other social and cultural facilities built under National rural programme in set deadline.
Having touched upon the subject of hot summer weather, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to take proper measures for strict compliance with fire safety rules and prevention of fire accidents, which is also related to all velayats.
In addition, the Head of the State gave specific instructions to the Hyakim on provision of high organisational level of the events of the Cultural Week held in Ahal Velayat.
Video conference session was continued by the report of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov who informed about the course of the grain harvest campaign and other works in agricultural sector, on the measures for improvement of social and living conditions of the population and fulfilment of relative programmes as well as on the situation on construction sites of the region.
Speaking of the necessity of provision of high quality of seasonal agricultural works and timely solution of set objectives for improvement of efficiency of the activity in agricultural complex, the Head of the State focused the attention on the rates of the grain harvest.
Having noted that it is necessary to use every day of the campaign with maximum output, the President of Turkmenistan requested to hold under permanent control the issues of uniterupted transportation and proper storage of delivered wheat, creation of the conditions for high productive work and comprehensive rest of the farmers.
At the same time, Turkmen leader gave certain instructions on realization of National rural programme where social aspect is an important component.

Chakiyev reported on the fulfilment of the assignments on preparation of the projects of the monuments planned to be erected in the centre of the roundabout in front of parking and entertainment complex “Jadyly Kenar” in Avaza National tourist zone and next to Turkmenbashy International Seaport, having demonstrated the slides with their images.
Having noted that new original sculptural compositions have to be the decoration of the city on Caspian Sea and rapidly developing sea resort on international class on the coast of ancient Hazar, the President approved the proposal to name them as the Shine of Avaza and the Pearl of the Caspian.
After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers D. Amangeldiyev reported on the projects of the bridges planned to be built in Balkan Velayat on Ashgabat – Turkmenbashy highway and across Garabogaz Bay, having made the presentation of his report with the pictures making visual impression of future facilities.
Having studied in details presented projects and approved them in general, the Head of the State highlighted that all similar engineering and technical constructions built in the country have to meet the highest requirements from both their functional designation and ecological points of view.
Next, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on the situation in his region including the grain harvest campaign in set period and without any losses with efficient use of available agricultural equipment. It was also reported on the preparation to the cotton harvest campaign and agricultural activities at the cotton fields. In addition, the information on realization of National rural programme stipulating the construction of social and living infrastructure has been presented.
Having highlighted the importance of unremitted control of organization issues of the winter crops mowing and coming cotton harvest campaign, the Head of the State ordered to provide the farmers with necessary resources and settle the payments to them on time.
Turkmen leader gave relative instructions to the Hyakim on the construction of social facilities in the region, preparation of the schools to new educational year, further improvement of level and quality of life of the population as well as on strict compliance with fire safety, which very topical in hot summer period.

Having highlighted the importance of coordinated and accountable approach to the subjects of the increment of production potential of agricultural complex of the region, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity of active implementation of scientifically based methods in organization of works in this sector for improvement of the yield of agricultural crops like the wheat and cotton. In this regard, the President also ordered to provide high level of preparation to the cotton harvest campaign.
Having emphasized steadfast measures for further improvement of social and economic, transport and communication infrastructures of the velayat, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to hold the quality and rates of construction of relative facilities under control.

The slide demonstrating the map of the land plot where the facility is planned to be built has been presented to the attention of the Head of the State. Having listened to the information and noted the importance of construction of the airport in Kerky under integrated modernization and development of national transport system, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to continue the work in this direction.

It was also informed about the rates of construction of various facilities under National rural programme, measures for the improvement of social and living conditions of the citizens in the velayat.
Having highlighted the importance of uninterrupted operation of entire grain harvest conveyor, efficient work of the harvesters and other agricultural equipment for timely competition of the campaign, the President of Turkmenistan pointed out the necessity of the measures for speeding up the rate of the grain harvesting.
Same as in other regions, it is necessary to pay utmost attention to systematic improvement of social and living infrastructure, creation of all conditions for prosperous life of people in the velayat, the Head of the State said, having addressed the Hyakim with relative instructions on this account.

The President also signed the Resolutions on appointment of Ya. Muhammetmyradov to the position of the Deputy Chairman of the State Concern Türkmengaz and O. Kurenov to the position of the Deputy Chairman of the State Concern Türkmennebit.
