Turkish guest has also noted the importance of advanced infrastructure of Turkmenbashy International Seaport for activation of transport communication in the region.
Minister of Transport of Afghanistan Muhammad Hamid Tahmasi said in his speech that implementation of Lapis Lazuli Agreement would support the integration of Afghanistan to the world economic space. He has also noted huge contribution of Turkmenistan to the stabilization of the situation in his country.
