Turkmenabat hosted the events on occasion of opening if two new 4-storey residential buildings. The buildings have been erected in the southern part of the city by the personnel of Zerger Ferro Concrete Material Plant and are designated for the personnel and their families of Lebap Velayat Police Department.
Comfortable buildings have been designed taking into account modern urban construction trends. New buildings, each of which is able to accommodate 40 families, have all necessary conditions for living. Modern ecological construction and decorative materials have been used in their construction. 3- and 4-room apartments are distinguished by spacious size, comfortable zoning and modern design. Adjoining territory was planned and planted with trees and shrubs. Sport and children playgrounds, premises for family ceremonies and food donations, car parking are available for the disposal of the residents.
Representative of regional and city administrations. Non-government organizations, elders and youth took part in the ceremony. Bright musical programme has been organized for new tenants and numerous guests of the event.

Construction of four 32-apartment buildings in new living complex, which foundation has been laid last year with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, is carried out at present time under high rates. Two of the buildings are designated for the personnel of Turkmenabat International Airport.
Both state-owned and private construction companies, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, participate in building of these facilities. New residential complex will have 14 4-storey buildings with 32 apartments in each and 170 2-storey cottage houses. It will also have school for 600 students, service and shopping centre and other social infrastructure.
