Having listened to the report, the President focused on the importance of integrated preparation of the fields and agricultural equipment to spring sowing campaign.
Having expressed the interest in provision of water, fertilizers and seeds to farmers as well as in implementation of tree planting campaign, the President ordered to take proper measures for clean-up of the territories around arable fields, irrigation and drainage channels.
After, the Head of the State has listened to the report of the Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gylyjov who reported on the situation in the region, having informed about the course of agricultural campaigns and preparation to coming sowing season.
Mentioning the importance of the reforms in agro industrial complex, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity of responsible and comprehensive approach to the fulfilment of field works according to agrotechnical standards.
It was also noted that it is necessary to start the preparation to summer holiday season in Avaza National tourist zone, to make advanced inspection of the conditions of relative facilities including amusements and children playgrounds and to make repair works shall it deemed to be necessary. At the same time, the President ordered to enforce the control on the construction of new facilities, which has priority importance.
After, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on the situation in the region, measures for increasing the rates of construction. In particular, it was informed on the preparation of agricultural equipment and lands to the cotton sowing and on care of the winter crops.
Having highlighted that all works at arable lands of the velayat have to be carried out according to relevant standards, the Head of the State gave number of specific assignments to the Hyakim including for provision of full readiness to spring field campaigns including sowing of potato, fruits and vegetables as well as for the improvement of measures in this direction.
Continuing working session, the President called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Abdiyeva. The Vice-premier made the proposal on appointment of A. Durdiyeva to the post of Deputy Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat for education, culture, health protection and sport.
Having approved the proposal made by the Vice-premier and Hyakim, the Head of the State signed relative Resolution. The Resolution has been sent to the Head of the region by electronic document management system.
Next, the report of Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev, who reported on the works in the region, has been listened. It was mentioned that at present time, construction of different facilities is carried out at high rates in all parts of the velayat. High quality construction and timely commissioning of new facilities are under close attention.

The President noted that provision of ecological safety has always been and remains to be mandatory requirement during all oil and gas works. The appropriateness of this subject is provided by the fact that in many cases, the production of oil takes place in the areas of pristine nature.
For example, giant resources of hydrocarbons have been explored and are developed in Karakum desert where new deposits are still discovered. At the same time, the President noted, Turkmen specialists carry out relative work on inclusion of unique sanctuary zones of the Karakums and other wonderful places of the country to the UNESCO World Heritage List.
According to the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the UN, Turkmenistan gradually transits to the green economy, which resting on innovative, resource saving and environmentally friendly production, improves the wealth of people and reduces the risk for environment.
This is an approach that is used during the development and practical implementation of the plans for development of Turkmen section of Caspian Sea, which ecology and biodiversity have to be protected for future generations.
