President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on establishment of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan, which resolved the following:
1. To establish the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan.
2. To assign the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Railroad Transport, the Ministry of Motor Transport, the Ministry of Communication, the State Service of Maritime and River Transport and Türkmenhowaýollary Service to the jurisdiction to the Ministry of Industry and Communication and to rename these authorities to Türkmensenagat Agency, Türkmendemirýollary Agency, Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency, Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency, Türkmendenizderýaýollary Agency and Türkmenhowaýollary of this Ministry respectively.
3. To make Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan M. Chakiyev and G. Myradov, the Minister of Industry and Communication, the Minister of Finances and Economy and the Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber responsible for fulfilment of current Order.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Provision on this Ministry as well as the structure of its central office. The document assigns the Ministry of Industry and Communication together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on amendments and addendums following from the Provision within three months period.
1. To establish the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan.
2.
