President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on reformation of the State Concern Türkmenawtoýollary, which resolved the following:
1. To assign the State Concern Türkmenawtoýollary under the authority of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
2. To assign the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan as the successor of the State Concern Türkmenawtoýollary.
3. To set objectives for construction, reconstruction, overhaul, intermediate and daily maintenance and service of motor roads within certain limits to the administrations of velayats and Ashgabat.
4. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals to the Cabinet of Ministries of Turkmenistan on amendments and addendums of the legislation of Turkmenistan following from current Order.
5. To make Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan D. Amangeldiyev and G. Myradov, the Minister of Construction and Architecture, the Minister of Finances and Economy and the Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber responsible for the fulfilment of current Order.
